Welcome to our circle gorgeous! here you will find a safe, peaceful space where you can let go of the stresses of everyday life. We are a group of beautiful souls, ready to listen, support, and truly hear one another. We invite you to bring an intention for the session—something you’d like to focus on. It will help bring clarity and release, making space for more lightness and joy.

Each session begins with a grounding meditation (with a twist!), followed by check-ins and lively discussions around a theme. You’ll also have time to journal (make sure to bring your notebook!) or simply reflect within. We’ll close with a beautiful relaxation session, leaving you feeling refreshed and centred.

Our circle isn’t your usual ‘chat over tea and cake’—though we definitely enjoy those moments too! Here, we focus on deep relaxation, meaningful connections, and real, heartfelt conversations. We talk about the tough stuff, the things that weigh on your heart—things you might not share with anyone else. The energy in these circles is powerful, with raw emotions and real growth.

As a Psychology graduate, I hold this space in a safe and nurturing way. While this isn’t therapy, it’s a warm, supportive women’s circle—a space to relax, connect, and take care of your inner self.

We welcome all women, including those who identify as she/her. This is a space where you can feel open and free, without judgment.

Please book in advance as we have only 6 spots available for each session. Sessions will run on a monthly basis on the 1st Fridays of each month in Thatcham, second Fridays of the month in Andover and online sessions will run on New and Full Moon nights at 19:00 – 20:30.

Remember to bring your smile, open mind, yoga mat, blanket, favourite mug, and blindfold (mask). If you have any health conditions that might make it difficult for you to go on the floor, just let us know in the contact form, and we’ll make sure you’re all set. 🙂
