Anna has helped me in so many ways, from just being there to let me rant about things occurring in my life to giving me the best advice and making me the person i am now. I hadn’t known Anna for that long but the times i spent with her healed me in many ways and i couldn’t thank her enough for that. I always knew exactly who to go to if i just needed to sit and open up to someone. She has such a warm personality and offered me great advice and made me realise certain things in a different light. It takes me a while to open up to people and build that trust with someone but Anna made it so easy for me.

Anna has helped me understand that not everything has to be perfect, and that it’s ok to have things in life that are hard to talk about. She quickly become someone who i knew would give me a straight answer and who would work hard to help me in anyway she could. She created a warm and understanding environment, which made it easier to open up, i felt supported talking with her. This is something that doesn’t come naturally for me, ive always felt like i have to always be the strongest in my family, and that my problems would only hinder everyone else, but she helped me see a different perspective. Anna is an incredible person and she’s helped me through some tough situations, without making me feel diminished.

One of the ways that Anna helped me most was being an anchor in my life at a time where I was lost, the weekly chat I knew I was gonna have with someone that I knew I wasn’t gonna burden with my problems.
She was so understanding as a person and had so many insights and had a genuine interest in my problems and life. Since then I even went to her for help with my sister who has been having a hard time, as I knew Anna could support her in ways I didn’t know how.
