I’m Anna, the founder of Unstoppable Voices – a space created for women and young people who long to feel seen, heard and truly themselves.
Unstoppable Voices was born in 2024 from many deep conversations with young adults and my own journey of self‑discovery. I kept hearing the same thing: there aren’t enough places where we can belong, express what we really feel and be listened to without judgement. I wanted to change that, so I began creating warm, welcoming spaces where your inner world is honoured and your voice matters.
My work weaves together a holistic and science‑informed approach. I draw on breathwork, body‑based and somatic practices, nervous‑system awareness and gentle therapeutic tools to support regulation, emotional release and deeper connection to self. Through 1:1 sessions, women’s circles and cacao ceremonies, I hold spaces where you can slow down, build safer relationships with your body, and connect with others on a similar path.
I am a psychology graduate with experience in education, pastoral and progression care, and in children and adolescent mental health within NHS settings. Over the years, I’ve trained in trauma‑informed body and breathwork for trauma, PTSD and anxiety, cacao ceremony facilitation, women’s empowerment circles, life and manifestation coaching, and more. I also hold training in mental health first aid, resuscitation and advanced safeguarding for young people and adults.
At the heart of all my work is a deep commitment to women and young people. I care about creating spaces where you feel safe, supported and empowered to explore who you are. My passion is helping you reconnect with your inner self, cultivate gratitude, and build meaningful, nourishing relationships – with yourself, with others and with life.
